We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase for the full amount (excluding shipping) within 14 days of purchase if you are in any way not satisfied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Orders that have been returned to sender will be treated as regular returns and refunded upon receipt, minus the cost of shipping. If you would still like to receive your item, please place another order through our website and make sure the address is correct.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and also of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You may choose to use our prepaid shipping label by emailing us with your order number. A flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund for use of the label.
Should you choose to use your own shipping method, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a trackable shipping service.
